- Communicate with players, parents and guardians
- Allocate players to appropriate age groups, divisions and franchises
- Conduct player drafts and team allocations

3. Children and young players
Many Premier Leagues participants are under the age of 18.
We therefore take particular care when handling children's personal information. Information about minor players is collected primarily for legitimate tournament administration, participation, safety, communication and related sporting purposes and, where required, with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not sell personal information.
Certain player information may be shared publicly where appropriate to the nature of the tournament, including a player's name, franchise/team, age division, player profile, tournament results, photographs or video, subject to the permissions obtained during registration and applicable law.

4. Photography, video and media
Premier Leagues events may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded.
Where the appropriate permissions have been provided, this content may be used for purposes including:

Parents or guardians should contact us if they have a concern regarding the use of an identifiable image of their child.

5. WhatsApp groups
Premier Leagues may provide optional WhatsApp groups or communities for tournament, team or event communication.
Joining these groups is voluntary.
Participants should be aware that WhatsApp groups are shared communication spaces. When joining a group, certain information associated with your WhatsApp account, including your telephone number, profile name and potentially your profile photograph, may be visible to other members of the group.
Messages or information you voluntarily post within a group may also be visible to other group members.
Premier Leagues cannot control how other group members store or use information that is visible to them through WhatsApp. Participants should therefore avoid sharing sensitive or unnecessary personal information in group chats.
Where possible, official or sensitive matters should be communicated directly with Premier Leagues rather than posted publicly within a WhatsApp group.

- Current tournaments
- Future Premier Leagues events
- Registration openings
- Tournament announcements
- Merchandise

- Marketing emails include an option to unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending essential administrative communications relating to an event for which you or your child is registered.
